Jenkins & Pain commissions young energetic company to make a series of videos covering all aspects of the customer journey and repair process.
We are planning to produce 10 different videos over the next 12 months.
The first video will be an introduction to the business and will be sent to customers to provide an insight into the business. This will enable the customer to see the facilities available here.
One of the subsequent videos will demonstrate our express repair process and this is planned to be posted on Youtube. This will enable customers to be amazed how quickly we are able to repair small areas of damage. In many cases the customers can wait in our comfortable customer area and actually watch whilst their car is being repaired.
Jenkins & Pain have recently invested over £40,000 in state of the art steering geometry equipment.
The Pro-Align Elite TD ensures that your vehicle’s steering geometry is accurately tested and adjusted. Steering geometry is a crucial element towards safety, especially in the winter months where road surfaces are at their most unpredictable and driving conditions are the most demanding.
In late 2014 Jenkins & Pain decided to enhance their customer service and facilities. The changes are designed to result in an improved customer experience.
The first part of the plan was to redevelop the customer area to provide visitors with a comfortable area. This space offers comfortable leather seating, hot and cold drinks, large flat screen television, WIFI, windows to workshops and assessment bay, daily newspapers and magazines. This new facility goes hand in hand with our new repair while you wait service.
Jenkins & Pain have added 10 more Vauxhall Corsa models to their fleet of courtesy cars.
These new additions ensure that Vauxhall drivers can keep motoring in a quality Vauxhall branded vehicle.
There are several specifications amongst the new cars including top of the range SE models with luxuries such as heated seats and steering wheels.
