Terms Of Use

To make things simple we have outlined some key terms of use for our courtesy vehicles:

  • No Smoking in Courtesy Vehicles

  • No Pets Allowed in Courtesy Cars and Vans

  • Return all Vehicles with an Equivalent Amount of Fuel as When Collected

  • Return Courtesy Cars and Vans in a Clean and Tidy Condition

  • Return all Courtesy Vehicles within 24 Hours After the Repair of Your Own Vehicle is Completed

  • Customers are Responsible for all Fixed Penalty Offences & Parking Charges while in Ownership of Courtesy Cars and Vans

We’re proud to supply quality courtesy cars and vans, and whilst they can potentially be a step down for some customers, they are designed to keep you mobile and not supplied on a like for like basis.
